Kim Kardashian all dressed up and raring to go but stopped dead in her tracks by this pole in the ground with a meter thing on top which seems to have so much power. She looks confused, Does she pay or does she take the gamble and risk getting a ticket?Maybe its free parking on Mondays between 2 and 3.3opm but not on bank holidays, maximum stay 2 hours no return within 4 hours and no meter feeding allowed except on Sundayswhen parking is free all day unless there’s a special event game on then read the small print for extra terms and conditions!

Gotcha…. is the word that springs to mind with this photo of Kim Kardashian arriving in LA from an apparent trip to New Orleans to see back on boyfriend Reggie Bush.
