Kim Kardashian all dressed up and raring to go but stopped dead in her tracks by this pole in the ground with a meter thing on top which seems to have so much power. She looks confused, Does she pay or does she take the gamble and risk getting a ticket?Maybe its free parking on Mondays between 2 and 3.3opm but not on bank holidays, maximum stay 2 hours no return within 4 hours and no meter feeding allowed except on Sundayswhen parking is free all day unless there’s a special event game on then read the small print for extra terms and conditions!
